GEL was involved in the computerization of Revenue Department since October 2001.
The project involved computerization of all the activities of Collectorates,
Dy. Collectorates, Mamlatdars and other sub-ordinate offices.
GEL was involved in the development of software and Supply/Installation of computer hardware
through external agencies.
Modules of e-Revenue Consists of:
Inward/Outward
• Facilitates Complete movement of the document within the department with the status of at each level with duration of movement
Case Files
• Facilitates entry of case files with proceedings and rosenama. Also generates Court Diary and detailed report of pendancy of cases.
Establishment
• Tracks all leave details with the history of postings of all employees. Also includes generation of Service Book
Accounts and Payroll
• Facilitates generation of pay bill and pay slips for all
employees of the department. Also tracks all Loans/Advances, GPF and IT
Calculations. In addition to this the
system also provides for Cheque book, cash
book and bills management.
Inventory and Stores Management
• Facilitates the complete process of Stores indent to Supplier Indent and GRN generation. Also includes facility for Stores management.
Land Acquisition
• This module facilitates the automation of the complete process of Land
Acquisition done by the government. This includes the process of tracking the
survey
details,issue of various notifications and finalization of the process.
Certificate Issuance
• All certificates issued by the Mamlatdar/ Dy.Collector are generated from the System. It also facilitates the entry of the Talathi Reports for all Certificates.
LAQ Management
• This module provides for complete management of all Legislative Answers and Questions for each session of the Assembly.
Disaster Management
•This module is used to maintain all information to be used by the District Magistrate in case of a disaster.
